Quick Turn Websites
for Real Estate Investors

Quick Turn Real Estate Websites

After attending Ron LeGrand’s Quick Turn Real Estate workshop in Edmonton in October 2009, I realized that real estate investors need two websites to do Quick Turn Real Estate properly:

  • BuyHomes.com – to prescreen sellers of property so the investor can buy real estate.
  • SellHomes.com – to prescreen buyers of property and to list the properties that the real estate investor has for sale.

Of course, you’ll have to register your own domain names, but I like to use BuyHomes.com and SellHomes.com as examples.

The BuyHomes.com website has:

  • A prescreen form for people selling their home.
  • When someone enters data in the form, you receive a notification email telling you so you don’t have to keep checking to see if someone has enetered a form.
  • A dashboard that allows you to view, print and delete the form data.

The SellHomes.com website has:

  • A prescreen form for people who want to buy houses. This data is entered into a database.
  • When someone enters data in the form, you receive a notification email telling you so you don’t have to keep checking to see if someone has enetered a form.
  • A dashboard that allows you to view, print and delete the form data.
  • A property listing for homes that you have for sale.
  • A form to add or update properties for sale. You can add properties for sale all by yourself.

Both websites have:

  • The ability to add content yourself. No waiting (or paying) a web programmer.
  • A blog so that you can write about what you are doing on an ongoing basis. NOTE: The single best thing that you can do to improve your search engine optimization (SEO) is write a blog every day.
  • Quick Turn Real Estate website Google Analytics exampleAccess to Google Analytics so you can track how many visitors come to your website and what they are doing.
  • All the text and pages that come with the GoFFN websites that cost $200 per month. Ron said it was OK to cut and paste this boiler plate text. You can change the text however and whenever you want in order to personalize it for your real estate business.

The websites are based upon WordPress, a very popular open source blogging tool. You can select your own theme to personalize how your websites look.

What I provide for a low monthly fee is:

  • Set up your websites within 2 business days. It takes that long because sometimes DNS updates take 24 hours to propagate across the internet. This means that it can take two days for your domain to point to my web server so that people can view your website.
  • Upgrade WordPress as new versions are released. Recently, there have been new versions released every couple of months. The most recent version 2.8.6 was released to fix security vulnerabilities so it was critical to upgrade. As well, Version 2.9 is in beta testing and will be released sometime within the next several months.
  • Set up Google Analytics (provided free by Google) and add it to your website so that you can track how many visitors come to your website.
  • Set up email for your domain with Gmail (provided free by Google) so that you can send email as you@yourdomain.com. I recommend Gmail because it has a great spam filter and virtually no limit to the amount of storage space.
  • Provide technical support so that you can get your set setup how you want it.

These Quick Turn Websites are available for the special introductory price of only:

  • $49 per month for one website
  • $69 per month for both BuyHomes.com and SellHomes.com
  • There is a one-time setup fee of $99. The setup fee is the same whether you get one website or both.

These low prices won’t last forever. I’m still tweaking things and want to give my customers a break. If you sign-up now, you can have this special introductory price for as long as you are a customer.
